6. Insurance Brokerage Services
No Guarantee of Coverage: We do not guarantee that you will qualify for any particular insurance plan or that any insurance company will accept your application.
Independent Contractor: We are independent insurance brokers and are not employees or agents of any insurance company.
Commissions: We may receive commissions from insurance companies for policies sold, which does not affect the premium you pay.
Licensed Agents: All insurance recommendations are made by licensed insurance agents in the state of Florida.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Landel Insurance and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
8. User-Generated Content
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
9. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other restrictions as set forth herein, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
